WHAT: Seminar on illustration and scriptwriting of both graphic novels and illustrated books, from 16th to 20th November 2009 in Arteleku, Contemporary Arts Centre in San Sebastián.
GUESTS: Harkaitz Cano, author and scriptwriter. Ignasi Blanch Gisbert, illustrator and teacher of illustration.

METHODOLOGY: Each day will be made up of an eight-hour session in total. Each morning there will be a brief exercise working on techniques and structures. Later we will move on to a longer exercise. After lunch, explanations will be interspersed with presentations of images and books, music and personal work.
AIMED at 10 illustrators from Euskal Herria or who are resident in Euskal Herria. Members of GALTZAGORRI and AIEP will have priority. They will have to present between 3 and 10 publications.
OFFER: This seminar will be free for the 10 participants chosen by the jury. Each person will be awarded a grant, which will include food and accommodation in the Olarain university residence in Donostia. The grant will cover all basic material.
